Hedera helix, a plant of the ivy genus in the family Araliaceae, is native to most of Europe and western Asia. This rampant evergreen vine will light up a partially shaded corner, even on dull winter days. Goldchild is an attractive self-clinging climber, perfect for creating low maintenance. Hedera helix Goldchild is a fast-growing plant which is perfect for using on walls and fences. Mature ones can grow to approximately 4 metres. This plant is winter hardy, also suitable to keep as a houseplant. It blooms in the yellowish-green colour from October to November.

Light: Best in bright light, but not direct sun. They tolerate low to medium light.
Temperature: Ivy doesn’t enjoy very hot temperatures. 10°C – 18°C is best.
Water: Water every 5 to 7 days depending on light and temperature. Keep soil evenly moist, but not soggy wet.
Humidity: Prefer an evenly moist environment. If the air is too dry then you should mist a few times a week.
Fertilizer: Feed once a month during growing season.
Height & Growth Rate: English Ivy grown indoors can grow up to 2.5m annually.
