Sansevieria trifasciata Laurentii or variegated snake plant. Laurentii is grown for its leathery, sword-like foliage with a stiff, upright habit. The leaves are mottled green with bright gold variegated edges. Commonly known as Mother-In-Laws Tongue, Sansevieria is an easy to grow, and virtually indestructible house plant. This reliable succulent is exceptionally adaptable, coping with a wide range of growing conditions and needing very little care. It is one of the best house plants for removing toxins from the air, and makes a fabulous architectural display.
