This hardy little plant is known as one of the easiest house plants to grow in the world. This fan palm has large, thick leaves that are wider than many other palms and blunt-tipped. Native to regions of China and Taiwan, the Lady Palm is a popular indoor plant species that looks elegant standing in offices, hotels, living rooms and conservatories.

It is very slow-growing, though mature specimens can reach up to 3-4 meters after a great many years. You can keep it in check through pruning.
The plant removes airborne toxins within the home, including ammonia, formaldehyde, xylene, and carbon dioxide. It does not only make oxygen, Rhapis excelsa makes the air in your home cleaner and safer to breathe.
